Welcome to Brew & Bloom Collective. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our online platform and the services we offer, including artisan coffee roasting, bespoke espresso blend creation, wholesale coffee bean supply, cafe consulting, specialty tea selection, coffee brewing equipment sales and servicing, barrista training, and our snack and patisserie offerings. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.
1. Definitions

- Coffee & Tea: All coffee beans are roasted to order or fresh, and tea selections are curated for quality.
- Equipment: Sales of coffee brewing equipment are subject to manufacturer warranties and our own return policy. Servicing details will be provided at the time of purchase or inquiry.
- Wholesale & Consulting: Specific terms for wholesale coffee supply and cafe consulting services will be outlined in separate agreements or proposals.
- Training: Barista training programs have specific scheduling and cancellation policies that will be communicated upon enrollment.
- Patisserie & Snacks: These items are perishable and subject to availability.
4. Orders and Payment
Placing an order through our Platform constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products or services. All orders are subject to availability and our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. Payment must be made in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed upon for wholesale or consulting services. Pricing is as listed on our Platform and includes applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
